Özhan Atalay graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. He received language training in the United Kingdom and attended leadership and transformation programs at IMD Business School in Switzerland. He is a ICBC (USA) licenced management consultant. He holds Virginia University Advanced Business Strategy and Oxford University - Foundations of Sustainability & ESG Certificates .
He began his career at STFA Construction Company. After five years at Swissotel Istanbul as part of the opening team, he founded Skor Management Consulting. During this period, he served as the Turkey Partner of the UK-based JeffCote Donnison for international tax planning, and of the UK-based ALM Systems, which develops ERP systems for the hospitality sector. He was also the Managing Partner of Profinans (Protel) at some period..
After transferring ownership of Skor, he returned to professional life, taking on the role of CFO at Teknoloji Holding (Hitay Yatırım Holding) Deputy General Manager at Schindler Elevator & Escalator Turkey and Muratlı Carboards & Paper Inc. Later, he worked as general managers of US based Masonite Door Company and Vega Construction Group Afghanistan , Era Real Estate Turkey and Century 21 Turkey
Özhan Atalay is Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) Turkey Member, E&E Group Solution Partner, Valtus Alliance Turkey Member and Association of Technocrats founding member.
